Patio doors lead to the private south-facing sun deck with table, seating for 6, and parasol. A disposable BBQ stand is provided for 'al fresco' dining.
Contemporary open plan kitchen area with all new integrated appliances (ceramic hob, single oven/grill, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, freezer) and microwave.
Downstairs shower room – shower, basin and WC.
Master bedroom with kingsize bed, double wardrobe, ceiling fan and seating area. 19” flat screen LCD TV with Freeview, radio/alarm, and radio/CD player. View over the lake.
Bedroom 2 – double bed and single wardrobe. Limited walking space around the bed.
Bedroom 3 – full size bunk beds and hanging rail.
Upstairs family bathroom – bath with shower over, basin and WC.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided as extras - please enquire.
Parking is to the front of the cottage. There are steps up to the front porch, and leading down from the gated sun deck at the back.
